With the project Citymap & Citysnack I want to encourage people to get to know and appreciate cultural diversity. I try to achieve this by confronting two citycultures on two fronts. In cooperation with a Bolivian artist two Citymaps will be made, one of Amsterdam and one of La Paz.
The creationprocess of the citypmaps will be linked to the cooking and sharing of typical dishes from both cultures.
This is where poetic images develop, where old orders and systems get expelled by radical plans for the future.
